This is one of the best decisions I made to try hot yoga. Although I am a beginner I absolutely love the sculpt class with the weights and the C1.5! Shane and Samantha are fantastic instructors and are making my experience truly amazing!

I love the yoga instructors- especially D'Andre. He is always prepared and comes with a positive message. You leave class feeling refreshed and at peace. Wonderful location. The only negative thing is that it could be cleaned more in the bathrooms.
