In previous classes, we ended in a breathing exercise and then in corpse pose to meditate on our practice.. I feel like that was a very important thing to incorporate into practice, for me at least. The class I attended didn't end this was and left a little disappointed. It might've been the class I chose to attend, but I'll have to look into which ones do and attend those.

I love how accessible CPY is! Location is great & the app makes it easier than ever to remember your favorite teacher is on the schedule!

Consistency between classes and studios! I travel for work a lot and it's nice I can deepen my practice in various cities across the nation with ease.

All of the instructors are extremely positive and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable in their field, but they welcome new opinions and provide an amazing atmosphere for people of all levels.

The size of the class was nice and the women's locker room was very clean. The teacher was very friendly and helped me around the facilities.
