As something that is very athletic I found Core Power Yoga to be a great compliment to my high intensity work out. I love the challenging yoga flows that are taught. Typically people think yoga is just meditation and I always tell them Core Power is different.

Everything about my yoga experience at this location is fantastic. The studio is beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful. The classes range in variety so I can always find one throughout the day that fits my needs. It's by far my favorite place to do yoga! namaste!
