I enjoy the locker room and free lock that is provided for security. The teachers are always very kind and welcoming. I like that they remember our names and spend time fixing our postures if they are wrong.

There are big windows at the studio. So inside the studio is very light and I can see beatuful trees and sky.

Good schedule (open early and close pretty late with lots of options), good facilities, good instructors.

However, one suggestion (as I mentioned last year) is to clean the floors between classes. I find myself checking to see if there is a class directly before the one I want so I don't walk into a room with sweat and water puddles.

I absolutely love the feel of the studio! It feels empowering.. I haven't practiced yoga in over 3 years and a so rusty.. I didn't feel judged and felt empowered!

The thing I like the most are The instructors.. They are all awesome and welcoming. I always enjoy my classes! I also like the store because I can check out other brands and there's always a good selection of things to buy .
The thing I think that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the studio rooms. Especially after any yoga sculpt session. I find a lot of times when I go there's hair and dirt on the ground or sweat splattered on the mirror. It's pretty nasty cause i to place my yoga mat, Hands and feet on the surface. Same for the weights and blocks. I do appreciate at least the wipes that are offered :)

The instructors and variety of classes in Irvine

Lots of classes to choose from throughout the day means there is always a class that I can attend. Your instructors at the Barranca studio are friendly, knowledgable, and seem to genuinely care about their clients. Even though I know I should be doing 90 minutes to my practice, the hour long classes fit my schedule perfectly!,

I really enjoy Stephanie's C2 class on Sunday morning.

I had not been back to yoga in 5 months due to a car injury and my lawyers insistence that I was NOT allowed to go to Core Power as both the name of my studio and the fact that I was an instructor had been mentioned in my deposition. Needless to say, both lawyers watched me cry as I told them I could not do yoga in the deposition. Because I could have been followed ( who does that ? ) to my yoga classes to see if I was telling the truth about my injuries, I could not go for almost 6 months. Lawyers do not understand the yoga community and I so missed my yoga community here at Core Power.

I attended both a HPF and a Scuplt. Loved them both and was very very surprised to see I could handle the Sculpt which was challenging for the 30 year old's. Thanks Core Power, I am back full force!
