Love all the instructors of HPF. They’re very nice, very thoughtful and very precise with their instructions. Woodbridge location seems to pick their instructors very well. I have yet been unhappy or heard any other yogis complain about any of the instructors here.

I really see results in my strength and muscle tone. The classes are fun and instructors all have their own unique style and no two classes are exactly the same which keeps it engaging and fresh.

I like the class size, clean facility, and the frequency of the class offer during the day.

Your consistent classes and professional teachers may each class dependable. Moreover, when I show up to my mat, I am amazed by the joy each teacher brings and I receive. I am a student of the 5:45 a.m. classes and i cannot think of any complaints, only praise for the entire studio. Namaste.

Taylor U’s class was fire!!! Love her energy and music. Her sculpt class was challenging. Would definitely recommend Taylor’s class to friends wanting a great workout.
