Ashlyn is one of absolute favs. She has an authentic talent for her ability to flow and lead a class. She has a loving and connective energy and her playlists are awesome! She has more of a dance flow that I love to incorporate into my yoga repertoire.

In most C2 classes the flows are different from week to week and designed by the instructor which makes it fun and challenging

I have never seen this studio look better! Leadership is doing an amazing job <3

Whitney always teaches a great class that is challenging and informative. I always learn something new in his class about how to enhance a pose to get the maximum benefit.

All is good but I would suggest that it’s better if the instructor is actually in the front doing the poses/stretches with us cause if there just talking from the back what good is it for people that don’t come daily? They don’t have any demonstration.

I haven’t gone to hot yoga in a long times and was nervous. I signed up for the hot fusion class with Kelly B. She was fantastic and guided me through the whole thing. The class gave me the confidence to go again - I’m going to be on the lookout for her schedule and try to go once a week at least. Thanks Corepower and Kelly B!

The teachers are professional and well trained. I appreciate how quickly everyone gets checked in and I can quickly get set up for class. Corepower teachers are very friendly and make a point to remember the names of students.

The managers and instructors are fabulous. They all put their heart into it. A shout out to Sunshine, as she leads a beautiful Yoga Sculpt The studio is clean and a very inviting space to be in.

My bestie and I followed Bobbie to Woodbridge. We love the Yoga Sculpt and Strength X classes that she teaches. Woodbridge is a nice CorePower studio! It was the perfect opportunity to take a YS class with Bobbie on Saturday afternoon. 10/10 experience!

The instructors and how clean it is!

These outstanding, dedicated yoga instructors, have a kind spirit, gentle souls, are thoughtful and highly skilled. Their tailored Yoga teachings are a great mix of strength, flow, breath
work and mindfulness. The energy they project is amazing and positive. They continue to be the absolute reason I am a long time Core Power Yoga member. They have each made an impact on my overall well being.
The dedication and consciousness they align with to their teaching practice is evident by their unwavering energy, choreography designs and playlists.

The diligent, caring, and oh-so welcoming management team of Kelly, Veronica and Elizabeth is fabulous. This creative management team responds to concerns, etc. They work continuous long hours to ensure that the studio remains top notch.

Please find ways and means to keep them all motivated to stay at Core Power Yoga as this is an extremely competitive area for boutique yoga as well as gyms. They are the essential.

Clean, quiet and peaceful studio. Excellent location. Teacher was great and class was super welcoming! Probably one of the most CP locations that I’ve been to ;)
