I have always loved CorePower yoga, so when I moved to Poway I was so excited that CPY had a studio there. I love the central location of the studio, and CPY studios are always very well designed and maintained. The Poway studio is very clean, even in comparison to other CPY studios. My main complaint would be that having only one classroom makes the availability and scheduling of classes not as flexible. I would really like to see them offer more Sculpt and C2 classes in the morning, as evening classes are harder to get to for many people.
The best instructors. Great with motivation talks and they're always smiling. Perfect enviorment for anyone.
