This was my first heated yoga experience and I liked it. Every instructor was fantastic. The facility was clean and pleasant for this type of workout.

The poway studio is closer to my house (Ramona) the room is clean and big enough so that on a full class I don't feel claustrophobic

The instruction and the class environment. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are clean and look inviting. It doesn't smell like some other hot yoga.
The staff at CPY Poway is *always* so supportive, helpful, patient and welcoming.
The facilities are well kept and clean.
Classes are consistent in a good way. I get such a good workout in Sculpt but I get something very different in C1. But in both cases I can always count on consistency so I'm never disappointed. I feel like I accomplished something after every class.

Consistency
Instructors and facilities are great
So far I've only done two Yoga Sculpt classes but I have already fallen in love with them ! I love the whole ambiance when you walk in side, so peaceful, relaxing, and everyone is so sooo nice ! I cant wait to go back and buy a membership, obsessed!!
Class structures are great and teachers are all wonderful. Fantastic workout and I feel stretched out and reenergized!
I like that the studio is small and the instructors get to know you individually. I like that it offers clothes to purchase and mats/towels to rent. I like that the workout is intense.
