I really enjoy the classes and the knowledge of the teachers (they can talk anatomically technical ---and correctly). Appreciate that they encourage participants to work at their own level- whether that means going easy or adding in a hand or chin stand during every transition.

Really nice place so many classes and so far the instructors have been great too. I didn't expect there to be a shower there as well. I absolutely love that there are classes at so many different times of the day. It is a great value, but it isn't something for many people's budget. So far, that is the only reason I didn't give a 10.

The studio is well managed... A variety of classes are offered throughout the day... And I've found the locker room to be kept in good clean order... :)

I was very impressed with the feel of the studio and the timing for me was perfect after running earlier that day. The teacher did a great job of challenging the more experienced people and guiding the newbies. (Like me!!)
