Definitely the location is key for me, but beyond that I really like the people. The yoga leaders are all wonderful, and have created a sense of community that I also appreciate. The studio is always clean (although I find this to be true of all the CPY studios I've gone to). I wish there was a CP2 or HPF class around 3 or 3:30.

I love the C1 power yoga classes. I've probably been to 10 or 12 classes over the last few months and they're wonderful. I've lately been attending the Saturday night C1 classes and very much enjoying them. I really appreciate the thoughfulness that the teacher puts into each class. From the intention to the music, it is fabulous! I learn new things each week. Thank you!
