That you know what to expect when traveling to different CP locations. Staff is always welcoming and encourages new members to try different classes. I also like that at all CP studios you are able to drop in the class a few minutes before start time. Many other studios refuse to allow you in if its not 10 minutes prior to the start time. love CP!

The instructor I had for my first class (Julie) was amazing! She did such a great job at explaining how to get into a pose and correct alignment. I left feeling refreshed and enlightened.
