Ambiance in the rooms, soft floors (except some have some humps and bumps), the warmth of the rooms (C1 and C1.5), the instructors are great and friendly. Love some of the sales on products too! I take advantage of the senior 10 pack and love that you have that for us.

I've enjoyed CorePower for the quality yoga classes by passionate, caring instructors, who focus on the physical benefits of yoga, as well as the mental & spiritual growth that's possible, too.

I love all the teachers! Love the managers who provide such an awesome community for all who practice at the Encinitas studio! Great class times all day providing enough variety to choose from.

The variety of classes and the cleanliness of the studio. Most importantly, all of the teachers are awesome and the staff is the best! I love coming to the studio and being a part of the community.

I have bulging discs in my lower back and had a friend recommend yoga as a way to help eleviate some of the pain. I went to a corepower 1 class taught by Grace Na and was immediately hooked. Her method of instruction and positive attitude about yoga sold me. Since my initial class, I've had the pleasure of attending classes taught by Olivia Pe, who is also an amazing instructor and has been so helpful with my progressions in yoga. My back pain has subsided some. My core strength and flexibility have improved a ton. I've started taking 1.5 courses and hope to attend a level 2 sometime soon. The staff at corepower have been amazing. I don't think I would've stuck with yoga if it hadn't of been for Grace and Olivia. So my sincerest thanks.

Availability of the practice of yoga to people of all ability levels. There's a place for a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 student in any of the classes. It's great to see CPY fostering the growth of a healthy lifestyle in Encinitas.

Well, first of all, if you try to provide the most enjoyable experience( mental/spiritual, as well as physical) possible, you definitely succeed in doing so. The teacher/guides are indeed the best that can be. They all seem to greatly enjoy teaching and guiding us through the sessions. As result they come across as enthusiastic, but also very patient. They make an effort learn each student's name, and each student's particular strengths and weaknesses - i.e. the things each individual needs to work on and the things he/she has more less mastered, giving praise when praise is warranted, and help and hands-on guidance to those in need of it. And they do all this with a soft touch and a gently caring sense of humor, thereby creating an atmosphere of relaxed camaraderie in which students do indeed feed off their,(the teacher's) as well as each other's energy and,, since in this instance, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, good vibes permeate the entire room throughout the entire session. As we go through our flows we really and truly do feel challenged rather then pushed - which makes the experience exhilarating rather than simply enjoyable. I have never gone into the locker room after a class and heard anyone voice anything but satisfaction with the class and they way the teacher prepared and guided us through the asanas.

Although I have been referring to the teacher/guides as "they," which implies that they are all the same - nothing could be farther from the truth. Although they accomplish the same things, they have different styles, rhythms and personalities , which means that each class and each teacher is a separated adventure. Thus, each visit to the studio turns out to be a new adventure - this being so also because no teacher ever takes us through the same flow each and everything, which means that students usually learn something new during each visit. Teacher guides seem to actually be constantly working on preparing new flows and asana, rather than introducing the exact same ones each every meeting. I always come to class prepared to be thrown a curve ball - something I didn't expect and, sometimes, I am not at all prepared for. But that is what makes it interesting.

Products and services. I have bought t-shirs, shirts, a hoodie and a mat from core power, and am happy with what have bought. The sizes of clothing seems most be women's sizes, and women's sizes tend to run smaller that men's sizes. But I understand that this necessarily so because most Core Power clients/member/or whatever we are, are women.
