Products? The main products produced here: 1) are feelings of both physical and spiritual well-being, 2)an increase in self awareness, and 3)a deeper sense of connection to others. This is so because the classes are guided by talented teacher/guides who guide students through the classes with great care, patience, self confidence, and a strong belief in the value of what they are doing. Knowing that different people benefit in different ways from their practice, CP Encinitas teachers take care to adjust, instruct in whatever ways that will allow each individual student to get what they seem to want most from their practice. They, for instance, give hands-on adjustments to students who welcome such attention, but leave those who neither need or want hands-on adjustments alone, As they say - if not in these exact words- "This is your practice, we are here to help you get or as little out of it as you desire."

in going about making each class both a spiritually and a physically uplifting experience , throughout the class, the guides also make efforts to make students aware of the effects of each individual asana and flow on both their mind, as well as specific areas of their body, - and they do this in a manner that is both comforting and inspiring. And while students are encouraged to meet the physical challenges inherent in the poses, they are also encouraged to stay within themselves. - i.e. teacher/guides make a point of letting students know that if a pose causes severe pain or discomfort they should modify it, do what feels good and increases their sense of both physical and mental/spiritual well- being - not to mention satisfaction that comes from living up to one's potential - which often means digging down deeper within oneself than one thought possible - which gives a great feeling.

The best thing about CP Encinitas, though, is the atmosphere, the good vibes that- thanks to its great teacher/guides -run through it, and thereby tend to create a deep sense of community and comfort among among students, as well as among students and teachers..

As I have tried to make clear, it is the teacher/guides who make CP Encinitas what it is. They are cheerfully relaxed, eager to be of assistance during the practice, and so adroit at creating a strong sense of community among members of CP Encinitas that apart from being spiritually and physically uplifting, the classes are fun. In fact, so deep is the sense of community that pervades CP Encinitas that I have sometimes received coaching and adjustments from teacher/guides from whom I have never taken a class. I don't know who does the hiring of CP Encinitas teacher/guides, but whoever they are , they deserve a big loud open-mouth cheer.

So, therefore, I give CP Encinitas a 10 rating.

In support of some of the things that I said above, I close by pointing out that I have never heard anyone, after class in the men's locker room, in the parking lot, or anywhere else,, express anything but satisfaction with the class they had just emerged from. Never once a negative comment or criticism of anyone. Compliments and good things said about everyone. As far as I have been able to tell, no one leaves a CP Encinitas class sorry to have taken it.

I really like the consistency of the instruction at CorePower. HPF and CP2 are my favorite classes. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I can usually find an HPF class in the morning, afternoon, or evening at either Del Mar or Encinitas.

I have been practicing at CorePower for three years now. Mainly in Orange County. Home studio was Costa Mesa. Now I find my schedule taking my practice to all of the South Orange County locations. I enjoyed my experience a ton! The class was absolutely CorePower, but with that mellow Encinitas vibe. I took Terri's 5pm HPF class on Saturday. We got a chance to chat before and she is absolutely wonderful. I liked her enthusiasm and knowledge of poses and energy during class. She created a wonderful space for transformation. I didn't get a chance to speak with her much after class, so please pass this along to her!

I'm so comfortable with my routine - i have my teachers and class times down to a science - that sometimes I forget how enjoyable it is to get out and explore more studios and classes. Well, that, and time.

One thing that was really special about my class in Encinitas, was that I got a chance to chat with a couple students afterwards, and they were super cool. I'm an artist and musician, and I came to find out that the other guys played music, and one is a producer. Really makes you think about that statement we hear in class sometimes a little differently, "You are exactly where you are supposed to be. Nowhere else in the entire world, but right here, right now."

Teaching staff!

I just started coming back to CorePower after taking some time off after an injury. Everyone is so friendly and the place is so nice. The classes are designed to let you work at your own pace and the instructors are very knowledgeable in body mechanics and available for questions or concerns during class. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the class very much. I'm so glad to be back!

After practicing with Core Power since 09 I have explored a few studios and Encinitas is by far my favorite in Southern California! The studio is Peaceful, Serene, Clean and Quiet! I feel my best in this studio in particular! Must be on a sweet energy line! Anytime I can make to your studio I do! Thank you for keeping the love and integrity alive in a corporate type of setup;) xoxoxo

I've been to corepower on and off for a few years and I can always count on the consistency of teachers, their knowledge, and friendliness. The only thing I'd like to see more of is more affordable clothing and accessories. While I understand that you have really great quality products, not everyone can afford high end merchandise. Otherwise, I LOVE the Encinitas location. I feel like home there :)

The teachers at encinitas provide some of the most challenging sculpt classes out of many of the branches I have been to.

I love the studio because it feels accessible for all levels. It's great that every class is heated. The staff is extremely friendly and I love how clean it is.
