Both classes that I attended were really well taught and challenging (especially the awesome yoga sculpt class). The teacher were super friendly and accommodating upon checking me in. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area!

This has been the best hot yoga studio I have been to. The teachers were amazing and knowledgeable. I loved the clean rooms and heating was perfect. I would definitely recommend!

Good classes & instructors, welcoming staff, good schedule.
I went for the candlelight 1 class and I felt really good after. The facilities are clean and the instructor gave us some tips to help us with our chaturangas during class. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because I personally have a hard time with heated rooms and even though it was only 86*, it was a bit hot for me. But I know a lot of people love hot yoga. Who knows, maybe after a few classes I'll learn to love it.

But I miss Candlelight CR in Orange and San Diego County. Bring it back!
I am a complete Yoga beginner, having only experimented on my own with online Yoga apps and (2) classes, one private and one in an actual class. Josh B was very good and enjoyed his chill demeaner.

Many classes, types and times. Instructors were good and friendly. Workouts are rejuvenating and challenging.
The studio is clean, and the classes have great sound. The instructors are always prepared. Some are better than others, but I've never had a bad class.
