I love this studio. The windowed walls enabling the beautiful view of trees throughout class make the experience all the more serene. Additionally, there is nothing like taking classes led by Xuyen. She gives 110% every time!

I love the variety of teachers. The Encinitas studio has floor to ceiling windows that look into a grove of trees. I've often caught a gorgeous sunset during a class!
All of the Staff that I have come in contact with are very friendly and welcoming. The classes are great too, thank you!! I can always rely on feeling better after I take a class.

I loved the teacher! Friday at 7:30am. She had the perfect balance of spirituality and knowledge!
I came to attend a noon to 1 class on 1-5-22. Upon entering the young lady at the front desk was immediately kind, cheerful and filled with knowledge about the core power package options.The studio had a fantastic atmosphere. The locker room was clean and well stocked. The class was expertly led with awesome, understandable technique cues. I will 10/10 be back and also recommend.

Each of your class types (C1, C1.5, C2, etc.) has a similar concept and some similarities even between different teachers (i.e. the core work in the middle), but each teacher is given the opportunity to put their own finger prints on the class at the same time. Structure, but not too rigid. Locker room facilities with showers is great and absolutely necessary. Ability to pre-register for classes on-line, but not mandatory if call is not full.
During my first visit the two women at the front desk were extremely welcoming to me and my girlfriend and they told us all about the studio and what to expect. It was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Everyone wore their mask correctly which was nice as well

I love the teachers, the music, the flows. I hate the masks though. Some yoga studios allow students to wear them walking into the studio but not on the mat. Please allow us to do that.🙏❤️
