The HPF flow is just right. The cleanliness of the studio is excellent.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly, the class is a good sweaty workout and it smells clean.
I really like the enthusiasm of the instructors and I appreciate how consistent the staff keeps the yoga rooms, weights, blocks, and locker rooms sanitary. I come in smiling and I leave laughing!

Love everything about this studio! The instructors are fabulous, fun, spiritual, enlightening and incredible. The studio is awesome, location, offerings etc. I really loved the fact that this summer I could bring my teenager on this journey with me to start him in this beautiful lifestyle - they need it so much in their teenage years. Would love since we are so close to the beach if there were moonlight beach yoga classes through CorePower and some community type building events - maybe beach cleaning followed by a beach yoga class - etc. Love Love Love Loren - she is amazing, wish we could have her all the time - she shines such a bright light!
Xuyen Bowles is a fabulous instructor! I try to sign up for all her classes. She gives an incredible work out!

teachers are the best
I enjoy the peacefulness, sweat and stretching my body gets from class. It’s relaxing and a good escape from the daily grind.
Yoga instructors are considerate and pleasant.
It’s a great neighborhood yoga studio. Plenty of classes through the course of the day. It’s not an intimidating environment to learn and get into a yoga practice.
Love this place and the teachers! Would rec a reminder to fellow yogis that the studio is a quiet space. There are ladies that like to talk before and directly after class and that hinders those of us that use the time for meditation or to seal our practice. Thank you! Also when taking a C2 the walls are thin, not a big issue unless-xuyen uses her microphone for her sculpt class. Does she really need that?? It’s distracting and super loud for us trying to take c2. Perhaps she’s unaware of this inconsiderate choice for the other side of the wall/studio. Thanks for receiving the feedback. Teachers -you rock!!!! Thank you for being a bright spot for me!
