Instructors and studio are just wonderful
The instructors create a chill vibe at he Encinitas location. I’ve recently gotten into HPF and CSX-glutes/core (great if you don’t have time for a 60 minute sculpt class). Both Ellie and Cristen are excellent teachers of these classes, respectively.
Love the staff, the studio and the challenging and creative flows the teachers lead. Coming to CP Encinitas is always a bright light in my day.

Love the teachers, the classes (I took CP1 and CP2 classes for my free intro week), the way the teachers greet the students by checking us in on arrival, and the lovely studio space itself.

I love the teachers Cristen and Xuyen both others are great such as Ashley. The vibe is always chill and friendly. It's my favorite studio in San Diego.

i love how kind and patient encinitas is! i love the community and the management staff. I would say that their speaker system is outdated and for being such a busy studio, they should definitely update this.
The instructors are great! I like the music and the variety of classes. Sculpt is my favorite. This is my main form of exercise, strengthen and toning, my outlet and way of centering.

The studio is really nice and clean but the humidifier and heat don't generate enough for a HPF class in studio 1.
