Staff was welcoming to me as a new student. I enjoyed the vinyasa flow class, the instructor did a great job leading the class and explaining the poses. I like that the studio has a lot of different classes each day.

I enjoy the staff and how dedicated they are each class.

I've taken the early Saturday morning Sculpt class twice and it was a really great class. The teacher was very friendly when I entered, a great instructor, and was knowledgeable. The music was energizing and I really enjoyed the class. Plus, the facilities were very clean.

everything! the instructors are amazing at this studio and even though I live in Rancho Bernardo I always make the drive down because of that. my latest class was with Joanne and she does a phenomenal job with keeping a consistent flow and unifying the class. I always leave her class feeling so refreshed, Mission Valley is lucky to have her!

My sculpt instructor Gina A. was inspiring. She challenged me to perform my best without being intimidating or abrasive.

I love the atmosphere and teachers at this location. it's also one of the cleanest out of all the corepower locations

I love how welcoming all of the teachers are and that they're happy to accomodate injuries and vary the exercises. I love that every class I go to is different so I don't get tired of my workout!
