Forrest always leads a well thought out class, showers and locker room very clean and fresh. I like when different themes are taught in classes not just HPF or C classes. Teachers are very friendly.

Natalie Vega was an excellent instructor. She really made me and my girlfriend feel very comfortable. This was my first time doing yoga and I really enjoyed it.

Instructors are very pleasant and down to earth and I love how they make you feel like family that's why I this is my #1 studio. Location would be another reason why I go here because there is no stuggle for parking!
