The instructors are wonderful and their classes are challenging, relaxing and fun. Great music and a great sweat. The studio is clean and there is easy parking. They always have a nice range of yoga products available for purchase.

Very nice studio, easy ample parking, clean and spacious change room and cool boutique.
I felt welcome as soon as I walked into the studio. I enjoyed the class as well. I did not feel uncomfortable if I was not able to hold a pose.
The instructor was very knowledgeable.

I loved the enthusiasm from the instructors and I always left class feeling great about my body and mind! Getting a free week was so easy and I will be returning for more classes :)
I like everything about the La Jolla studio. The teacher/guides - i.e. Simona, Kylie, and Shelby - of the classes I have taken, are they are indeed both teachers and guides, for they guide - as well as well as simply teach and demonstrate.
They challenge each student to perform to the highest level of their very own individual mental and physically capacities, in ways that often lead t students to perform beyond what they thought were their mental and physical capacities.
Which is to say they challenge in ways that inspire students to push themselves to higher levels than they thou themselves capable of attaining. In fact, they have brought me to the belief that I truly do not have any limits. I can continue advancing forever - however slowly and incrementally.
But most of all - and in clearer English - they make the classes fun and in doing so transmit good vibes throughout the room. One leaves the class feeling a sense of connectness and solidarity - at least for a while - with others who have shared the experience of having taken a great class. The teacher/guides are available for hands on instruction not only during the class, but also before and after the class - which, to me, means that they truly enjoy being who they are and doing what they do. In the men's locker room one hears nothing but praise for the teacher/guides. Never have a heard a complaint or disparaging word.
So There!!! Yes, I would recommend - without any reservations whatsoever - the LaJolla studio to anyone in the whole wide world. And have used so many words to do so (see above) just to say that I mean it.
As for products and services: Yes I have bought many Core Power shirts, shorts, mats, etc. - but as yet none at the La Jolla studio, but only because I am a relatively new member, I have not yet had the need to do so.
Also forgive all the typos in this, but, hey, since, I don't want to be late for my yoga class, I don't have time to go back and correct typooooos.
