Our C1 instructor Sam was super welcoming and fun! She set a solid tempo throughout class and was all about having fun, especially when trying out the more difficult poses/movements. Bummed to see her go!

Great location, great class

I have been coming to UTC La jolla for years. It is my go to studio. I greatly enjoy most of the teachers and staff.

Somethings that need to worked on though:
1 - have teacher work on remembers students names, there is no harm is saying "remind me of your name" it is very encouraging to keep on coming back
2 - Sculpt teachers - this is meant to be a very high energy class, i have noticed some of the teachers do not have the same energy which is demotivating and makes me hesitant to try new ones. Some examples of sculpt instructors with AWESOME energy are: Kylie, Kim VF, Sheilah.
3 - improve the locker space. At this price point i exact to have working lockers, improvements need to happen in a more timely manner.

Convenience with multiple studios around the San Diego area. Friendly staff and teachers. Exciting yoga classes. Clean facilities with great merchandise.

Friendly greeting at the check-in desk. Woman's locker room was clean and spacious. Wonderful teacher Pam! Useful insight at the beginning of class. She relayed this through one of her own life experiences. She still had a passion for teaching. Not just going through the motions of ANOTHER C2.

Variety of classes and locations all over

I like the inclusiveness of the classes, the available equipment, and overall cleanliness of the area. The staff is very friendly as well.

The heat and the power of the yoga are exactly what I was looking for. All of the classes I have taken have been the level of challenge that I like, and leave me with a completely clear head at the end of class.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - I’ll definitely be signing up for core power when i get home!
