The teachers are friendly, and the studio is clean and beautiful!

Corepower pretty much has it all! I can pop into a studio in any part of town at any hour of the day until 9pm and also be able to shower and get ready to wherever I need to go next, which means I'm more likely to practice yoga everyday. However, my fear was that with all these big business benefits, the company would be impersonal or feel more like a gym. Not at all! I was warmly received by a culture of positive energy and spiritual growth, and instructors who clearly felt a calling to teach the origins of yoga, which address the spirit as much as the body. I'm very happy to be at CorePower!

The classes aren't overstuffed and each student has space to practice the movements. All instructors I've had have been knowledgable and helpful.

A standout instructor and superb class! I have frequented CPY across the country and in my hometown, and I was so impressed with this memorable class. Instructor had great energy....awesome play list...and the class layout was the perfect mix of stretching, flow, cardio, and weights. I left feeling great and ready to take on a challenging day. So glad I got to visit you guys!

Just love the whole experience. I leave feeling not only did I get a good workout, but feeling more content about life. I know yoga is a way of life but I never actually believed it, until now.

Cleanliness

I had SO much fun in class and got a great workout!

I usually go to the Poway studio, but a change in my daily routine brought me to the North Park studio. I attended one of Whitney's C1.5 classes and loved it! She was absolutely wonderful and I left feeling so relaxed, supported, and happy! Thank you!

Love all the options on classes and time.

Everyone that I have spoken with is very helpful and knowledgeable about Yoga. I have only done 3 classes at this time and have had a new teachers for each class, which I enjoy so I can see how different people teach the practice. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

I like that you have multiple classes throughout the day. I would like if you switched up the classes a bit more throughout the day. I work from 8-4 so can only make the 6am classes or 5pm and beyond, so my choices are limited.

I love your instructors and the times of your classes. it is my favorite Core Power location. My only gripe is about parking. I try to come very early to this location so I can park. Hillcrest has the same issue.

Great teachers and great classes. The rooms at North Park are large and have a great air flow and temperature!

I like the variety of classes - especially the fact that you offer core Restore, which is much needed a few days out of the week.
I also love that there are so many classes to choose from - if I wake early or go to bed late, I can always find a class that works with my schedule.

The only downside to this location is the parking. North Park is a growing and very vibrant neighborhood, which often makes it difficult to make it to class directly on time. I live about 10 miles away and must often leave more than a half hour early to make it to class and find parking.

The instructors are always lovely, always encouraging, and always kick my butt in the best way! I wish more YogaSculpt classes were provided, as that is the one that really speaks to me as an athlete and someone who enjoys weight lifting outside of the yoga studio.
