I'm more likely to promote their services. There are several classes there that I love and constantly try to get friends to attend. The equipment/gear is priced as I would expect it to be in a studio and not cost competitive with the internet.

The instructors seem to care about the students and take the time to ensure everyone is comfortable at their own level and able to take on a challenge if they wish.

The Corepower sculpt taught by Thomas W! He incorporates a perfect blend of yoga and sculpt always with an amazing story and music. His ability to help each person set an intention makes the class truly inspirational. I look forward to Tuesday nights every week! In his recent absence I tried several othe sculpt classes taught by other instructors. They were just not the same!

I like that there is always a studio with a perfect time for anyone's schedule. Also, I have got to applause all of the instructors on their awesome music selections!

The instructors are very knowledgeable. The classes are challenging. Also, you guys are open from early in the morning to late in the evening which makes it easy for me to get to class.

Every instructor emphasizes tuning into your body at that moment and using the time to get what you need from the class. Cues throughout class help refine my practice and leave feeling fulfilled and refreshed.
