It was my 1st experience trying out hot yoga after my wife convinced me. It was great! Who would have thought that you could sweat so much! A few of the poses were challenging but I think are all doable with practice. My only suggestion is that the instructor ask who's new at the beginning of a class in order to ask if that person has any injuries that would prevent them from doing any of the poses and what to do if there is a pose that they can't or have difficulty with. But all in all, super fun and I would definitely do this again.

Everything, but to expensive retail and inconsistency amongst the c2 teachers.

Everyone is very warm and friendly. The instructors give you the ability to challenge yourself when needed and to chill out when needed as well. There is a good variety of classes offered throughout the day and evening.
