I like all the different teachers - they are also so different and wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about Yoga and the body.
The products are great, and services are great to. I will say, the only thing that makes me nuts is the shower that only has cold water in the womens locker room. I think its been like that for months. But I love the studio/teachers.

After a workout session at CorePower, I know I have worked out, and I feel more connected, focused and relaxed. The instructors are not afraid to make sure I am doing all of the exercises in a correct manner, so that I am able to get the most benefit from my workout. You guys Rock...
The studio is always very clean and I've never taken a class I didn't like
The teachers! I recently took a class with Heidi today and Forrest yesterday. Heidi gives really amazing cues and shuttle adjustments that have never been explained to me before and made all the difference in my practice. Forrest is inspirational and his flows are so creative and beautiful. Highly recommend this studio and these teachers!
