There is a sign on the door that says not to talk in the studio. It was quiet, peaceful and good vibes. My most recent class was one of the best classes I've ever had ever at Core Power.

The instructor Michael was fantastic, the only downside was the size of the yoga studio, too small for the amount of people.
This CorePower location offers many different levels of yoga, from beginner to advanced. I'm a very beginner student and appreciate CorePower one and Corerestore for my old bones.
I love the teachers and the atmosphere. I have always loved yoga sculpt and the x class. It is a very comfortable and welcoming studio with unique classes.

She is a local favorite for a reason with her infectious, upbeat, positive energy in yoga sculpt plus the studio was just so dang clean and modern - love!
