Great class. Teacher was awesome. Room was very very humid but that just added to the challenge.
CorePower meets all of my needs. I’ve cancelled almost all other fitness memberships and do CorePower several times a week. I would do it daily if my schedule allowed! I love the different class options and being able to mix it up depending on my mood or energy level. It’s also great to have so many different time slots to choose from. Del Mar is on my way to/from work so I pop in when the timing is right. The staff are all amazing. I’m a big CP fan and I want them to be all over the country!
Studio was clean (much cleaner than Encinitas!). Sarah V. was the best sculpt teacher I have had at any studio. Great flow to class and great energy.

Sarah Vita is the best instructor EVER! She always mixes up her classes and has the best music and energy!
The 2 sessions I attended have been pretty intense and knowing I have a lot of improvement to be competent
Studio is big and yogis that teach there are excellent, especially Kyung and Tamara!

The instructor made us (my husband and I) feel welcomed. She made us feel at ease since it was our first time doing hot yoga. Hope to be back soon!
I love Kyung's class. Kyung is the only reason that I am willing to hit the traffic and take so much time to get to the Del Mar location to take the class. She's very experienced in Yoga, she gives hands-on assistance. I just feel powerful because of her.

Megan is a natural at being a Yoga instructor. She made me feel at ease and not intimidated by my inabilities to achieve each pose. She gave great verbal cues to help me to follow the flow.

Love the Del Mar studio. Would love a slightly earlier c2 on the weekend, but I may be in the minority. Kids have activities starting at 9 am :)

Hannah’s C2 class is fantastic! Her flow is challenging, but is flexible enough allowing for multiple levels of people to participate and her instructions are very clear.
Highly recommend! Everyone was very welcoming and very helpful ,The studio was very clean ! The teacher was really knowledgeable and very nice! Will definitely go back again.
The Del Mar studio feels like family:) they are very welcoming and have put extra touches (like locks and cleanliness even mid day when it’s really busy) to go above for their guests. The instructors are all very kind and warm, remember your name, offer lovely classes with great instruction/guidance. Shout out to Karen, Micheal and Jenny who I frequently see with my schedule but everyone is great!
