Student Testimonials
good classes!
great classes
Variety of classes and times ... Classes all day long every day! Great positive energy at the studio always! Skylor and Meghan are amazing !! Excellent teachers a few of my favorites , James , Kai , Amanda , Skykor & Sandra
Great facilities and classes!
Everyone very friendly!
I recently relocated from Salt Lake City to the Portland area. I gained a great yogi community in SLC and was anxious about what kind of community I could start to build here in Portland. I've only been here a few weeks, and having the stability of a friendly, warm and fun studio (filled with awesome staff and fellow students) has been really comforting and grounding. I appreciate the down to earth nature of the staff members and the non-judgement I feel in the studio. I'm excited to make the Southeast PDX studio my new home!
Great staff and very friendly upon arrival!
wonderful front entrance and extremely friendly people
The teachers are exceptional- knowledgable, professional and completely approachable.
The teachers are excellent and it feels like a friendly local studio even though it is part of a national brand
The people. Skylir is the warmest person and greatest teacher. She sets the standard at the studio.
Fabulous teachers, excellent scheduling possibilities, everyone is kind and welcoming (I just moved here and have been coming about 2 weeks consistently). Great boutique too :)
Consistent, high level classes. Clear instructions. Helpful, caring instructors. Clean, calm, spacious rooms. Kelsey is a dream!
Compassion, kindness and masters of room temperature. Love this place!
Awesome classes
The instructor was excellent! She had a strong connection and intention for the class. There is a sense of community at the studio with a positive energy in the lobby with staff and members.
Great teachers, calm & friendly environment.
Small classes, a staff that really seems to care about the students and the facility...but mostly the small classes.
There are many great instructors, especially at the SE location.
teachers!!
I like that there are so many classes offered each day. The quality of teachers is excellent and the studio is clean.
I love the Corepower 2 classes because they are still grounded in yoga but are an amazing workout. The prices are reasonable, and I get a discount as a teacher.
As an older male (61) and newer yoga participant, Power 1 level classes have been easy to integrate into. I have not felt intimidated and the similarity in class structure from studio to studio allowed me to switch locations seamlessly.
Laid back staff, friendly, personable, and knowledgable. Clean space.
Cleanliness of the studio, variety of classes, and the heat!
Great yoga instructor!
Friendly staff. Welcoming studio. I love Kai's Hot Yoga class on Saturday at 12:15. Wish there were more of that. I miss Sandra's Moon Flow!!!!
love the classes, love the instructors!
I also the love the products for sale - always looking for deals on Spiritual Gangster!
I have learned so much about myself through the last 6 months of doing Yoga Sculpt at the Southeast studio in Portland. I take the 6am class, on average, 4 days per week. Initially, I had a love/hate with sculpt. Though through this delicate relationship, I continued to show up. If anything, for the strong (mostly) women around me, who also dragged themselves out of bed to be in class before the rest of their day took over.
I enjoy the weekend yoga classes, specifically the 75 min C2 at NW on Sat and the 90 min C3 on Sunday.
It is an all around amazing practice.
I highly suggest looking to open additional studios In Portland. Conservatively 2 studios on the east side could fill huge gaps. Seriously, pay attention to this - there is only 1 other studio within an 8 mile radius that offers a 6 am class, much less several classes throughout the day.

I really like your studio facility. It is clean and well set-up with an easy flow of checking-in so I can enjoy my practice.
