Cindy was great. Great atmosphere

I love my yoga classes! I especially love Skylor and James as yoga teachers at the SE location. They are phenomenal.

Something I would like to ask for: better water pressure in the showers! I would love to wash my hair after yoga, but I have curly hair, and the water pressure is so weak that it doesn't get my hair wet. And it definitely can't get soap out of my hair if it doesn't even get my hair wet in the first place! That would be an amazing change for the SE location. (The water pressure in NW is okay!)

Lovely, knowledgeable staff. The facilities are kept clean, the showers are stocked w complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The yoga is fantastic, and I love the music. It's a great workout for my body, and brings needed balance to my mind.
There is always a class time to for my busy schedule. Highly reccomend!

Welcoming environment, great teachers, excellent classes with a wide variety of times to fit a busy working schedule , and clean facilities. I know that when I come to CP that I will be warmly received, feel great when I leave, and if I forget to bring a hair tie it's no big deal.
