Great instructors, like that each class is a little different.

The studio is super inviting and the instructors are amazing at what they do. You feel like a part of the community as soon as you step in the studio, being greeted with smiling faces and people who seem genuinely happy to see you there. The classes themselves are fantastic—challenging, motivating, and I learn a new posture almost every class!

I recently took a Monday night C2, and was extremely impressed with the teacher and class. The flow was very creative and non-scripted. I believe the teacher's name started with a K. The only issue was that the studio was very small and felt cramped during the handstand portion of the class. I usually go to the SE studio but will definitely start coming to NW more often after taking this class.

I really like going to these classes except they are a bit out of my budget. I am 62 and on a fixed income, are there any special monthly rates for seniors?

I like the space and that there are classes at all different times, especially 6am. I like most of the teachers and love the music they play! I appreciate that teachers offer modifications and I never feel pressured to get into poses I don't want to try. The vibe in the studio is laid back, relaxed, and does not feel competitive. I also really love that the studio attracts a wide range of ages, genders, yoga abilities, and body sizes. It feels inclusive and diverse, which is great!

the instructors are considered, qualified & earnest in their approach. All of them. Good level of difficulty amidst the heat. Folks show up. The locations of studios helps, too.
