The studio is very well set up and clean. The instructors are great! I was delighted to find out that the yoga sculpture class is in the medium hot room temperature. It was a really good workout.

My instructor Jessica taught an amazing C1 class. She had great instructions and advice for several different poses.
The team at this location is absolutely phenomenal! They have been so accommodating with my list of questions and requests. Jess is and exceptional human and a great manager, always prioritizing customers needs despite the inconvenience or hassle it may cause her. She does her job with such grace. So many great instructors at this location. Thank you Bridgeport team!

I thought it was great, I sweated a lot which I wanted and I felt very relaxed the whole time. It was also not too crammed. The end when the instructor waved us all with a towel was the best feeling. 10/10, have already recommended.
