Student Testimonials
1. The bathrooms really need to be better managed and cleaned. Toilet paper everywhere, amenities not replenished. Its really not CorePower standards and feels dirty.
2. The weights need to be cleaned and better managed. Alot of the weights have the protective layer peeling off, still sweaty and smell.
Great studio, great instructor, positive vibe.
Great instruction and clean facilities
Fabulous as always. Such a warm community.
The instructors are great and I like how everyone is encouraged to do their own practice . There’s no sense of competition, the instructors are very welcoming, beautiful space
good teachers and atmosphere.
It is clean, the class variety is good and the instructors are great. I especially appreciate Ami, Andy, Sam, Michelle and Rachel.
Aaron did a great job teaching the class. And I feel like the Staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable.
The instructor, Lizzie, was friendly and gave great guidance.

Everything
Core power at Bridgeport has got to be one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever visited in my 30+ years as a yogi. To start-it’s very clean which is a huge factor considering the massive size of the classes and the short transition times between the classes. But the main reason I return to CP Bridgeport is the instructors. This trip I attended three yoga2 classes and two of those classes were master level teachers while the other guide was clearly on her way to achieving such status. The other classes I took were sculpt. The classes were packed and yet the instructors guided the packed room with master level skills making sure that the students were working correctly while also keeping the class moving and of course fun. I have attended yoga classes across the states, Canada, Mexico, Australia and the UK and it is my humble opinion that the instructors at CP Bridgeport are some of the very best out there.
Ps:the welcoming team at the front desk are pretty amazing as well.
It was everything I needed, and nothing that I didn’t need. The hot yoga session I had with weights was super challenging, I fought, psychologically and physically. But at the end of it and for the next two days up until now, I feel terrific from that one, one hour experience. Much respect to the people who hit that class regularly.
I’ve been going to CorePower Yoga for the past five years, and I can honestly say—it’s become a core part of my lifestyle. I’m especially obsessed with Yoga Sculpt. It’s intense, challenging, and somehow so gratifying every single time you finish a class.
The Southeast Portland location is my go-to. It’s consistently clean, the bathrooms are spacious, and I love that they even have spray available in the restroom (a small touch that makes a big difference!).
The instructors are incredible—super friendly, attentive, and really supportive. They don’t just guide the class; they’re present and helpful, watching your form and encouraging you if you’re struggling.
I’ve tried CrossFit, Pilates, and Bikram yoga—and while they each have their strengths, CorePower Yoga is simply the best. It gives you that full-body burn while still helping you stay grounded and in tune with your mind, body, and soul. If you want a workout that challenges you and transforms you, this is it.
Great studio - Michelle is an amazing manager. Teachers are excellent!
Great teachers. Kind and welcoming.
I have taken yoga classes at CorePower for over 20 years. Hard to believe. The teachers have always been amazing in every way you would want them to be: professional, personable, and dedicated. You cannot leave without feeling physically and mentally great. Thank you, thank you.
Always hot; mostly good teachers
Really found my workout groove with corepower. The strength X class especially is my favorite. It's all about weights and cardio. And offering a 45 min class is gold. Especially at 6am when you have to be in the office at 8. But I also love that they offer a hot yoga class here (hot power fusion) and I try to do this on the weekends. I miss my Bikram days and this is definitely not a traditional Bikram class but usually they incorporate most of the poses and the class has such good flow that I can still get in the zone. C2 and sculpt are also very good classes. C1 is good on a day when you're feeling like you need a little more self care and to take it easy. Restore is personally not for me. It just feels like an hour of stretching. Which, hey, may be what some people are into. But I do C1 if I'm feeling like I need to restore. It's a really welcoming place. Love the NW location. All instructors are amazing but Gloria is my personal favorite.
Friendly and welcoming environment

I love coming to the Sunday hot yoga class, the staff is amazing- warm and inviting - makes me look forward to Sunday mornings. Thank you!
I love the diversity of teachers from rigorous high intensity fitness style classes to more mindfulness and spirituality focused classes.
Chelsii and Angela were awesome sculpt instructors this weekend! Great workout and fun music!
I've been going to CPY NW PDX for 14 amazing years. I've practiced with many teachers and they have been terrific - as instructers and as people. It's the warm and welcoming energy that keeps me looking forward to each class and being with like minded yogis in the studio.
