Great classes, super instructors

I like the entire facility: lockerooms, studio and the teachers.

Studios are always clean, instructors all have their own way of doing classes so no class is the same, music is amazing during sculpt classes, always feel welcome and comfortable.

I was welcomed in by Paul and he was very warm. With his help, I easily navigated the facility and was able to have a great Yoga experience.

I took the 12:00 sculpt class on Sat., 2/25. I normally go to the Woodbury Core, but wanted a sculpt class, so I went to Grand specifically for this reason. I'm sorry, but I don't remember the teacher's name! I feel bad, because she was AMAZING!!! It was an awesome class! When my schedule allows, I will definitely be back to take her sculpt class! I had so much fun and I worked my arse off!

I love all the different classes. I wish I didn't love the clothes so much because it gets expensive if I get to class early 😆. Great instructors and flows.

The studio is always a welcoming place for me.
I take C2,hpf, and sculpt classes. Sculpt classes that incorporate more yoga and less cardio are my favorite.
