Incense was lit through the place refreshing the very hot very sweaty studio before the next class, adorable space, great location, instructor was great

BIlly is the best teacher. I fly in from CA at a time i can make one of his classes. No teacher like hom in the north bay. Plus NO yoga places have locker rooms or showeres, real estate too expensive.

Great studio, it really is such a good practice for your body, staff is wonderful as well.

I love the instructors that have been there for years now. Sophie, Sasha, Robyn, Nicole, Drew, Amelia they are great. Their classes are always challenging

I have only been to one yoga class so far, but I really liked it! The week free gives me the opportunity to try different classes. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Great staff - Sasha, Kathy B., First name removed, Robyn, Taylor Zo and Monica are some of my favorites! The studio is always clean and welcoming.

I feel awesome when I leave. I can usually only go once a week at most, but it starts my week in a positive way and reminds me to stay centered the rest of the week. I'm a beginner so I often fake my way through things, but no one judges me bc they know I'm working to better than before. It's a great positive vibe inside the studio and out.
