I love HPF classes. Encourage teachers to do more adjustments please! Also - I love Adam Fr as a HPF teacher - give him more classes! Please add a Wednesday 7:00 pm HPF class! The pickings are SO slim for HPF classes of Wednesdays it's so sad. I absolutely cannot stand the only evening option for HPF (8:30 in Uptown).

The new assistant manager at the other location I also go to has been abbrassive and loud and talks about people - so it’s nice to go to Grand where everyone is calm and sweet.

This was an amazing experience! I want to Grand Avenue because my local CorePower is not offering teacher training this summer so I was trying out the studios that were offering it. The building itself was beautiful, the people were welcoming, the class was great, and the information that was provided about training was perfect! I signed up for summer training at Grand Avenue that day!

Amazing instructors

Friendly staff, large variety of classs offered all throughout the day, nice clean studios.

I’ve been practicing at Grand Ave for seven or eight years already (!) along with other CPY locations. I have yet to find another yoga or fitness studio with similarly high-quality instructors, a similar sense of community or equally beautiful facilities. I have literally changed international flights before in order to arrive home in time to take a favorite class.

The warm enviornment and skill of the instructors, great community

The teachers are great. I've especially enjoyed Abby's, AJ's, Anne's, Megan's, and Kate C's classes. There is a good variety of class times and the process of checking in for class/attending class is straightforward.

My only suggestion/hope would be to have a bigger space, as the locker room (women's) can get crowded.

I thought that it was a very peaceful and relaxing environment. I really enjoyed the instructor that I had for my very first C1 course. I have found that the employees are all very nice, and are very encouraging to each person. I am attending the Grand Ave, St Paul, MN location. Fun location too!
