I love corepower! I gave this studio a 9/10 only because I prefer highland :). I love the highland studio and class a bit more. But the grand Ave classes are still wonderful and the studio is beautiful!
Love the classes. Super sad spinning is gone. Would love an even earlier (like 530) am sculpt class....alchemy has a class at that time.

I love the teachers!! Especially Amelia, Jen, Kate C., and Kim. I know that when I attend one of their classes, I will leave feeling amazing. Not only are these women wonderful yoga teachers, but they take the time to learn your name and are genually excited to see you in class.

I absolutely love the Grand Avenue Core Power studio. It's in a fun location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and exceptional staff. Adam James, Ashley, Ella, Nico, Robyn, Kate C, Thomas, and Abby are amazing instructors that help me stay balanced in life and always take time to chat about whatever is going on in my life. They are teachers, mentors, and friends. I couldn't do without my yoga family! If I could give a score higher than 10, I would :). Much love to the Grand Avenue crew!!
