I recommend St. Paul Grand Ave Corepower to my friends and colleagues regularly. It's the cleanest and friendliest Corepower I've been to (I've been to over 10 cpy locations nationally). When I go to Grand Ave, not only am I looking forward to practice yoga, but I have a sense of true community and friendship. I've gotten to know several students, staff, and work for traders at the studio and feel at home.

Their selection for apparel is also great... too great.. I need to stop shopping there as much as I do :-)

I like the large number of classes that are on the schedule in the Twin Cities. I am especially happy with the Grand Avenue studio. Most of my favorite CPY teachers are at Grand Avenue.

Given a vote, I would request that you move the Candlelight C2s back to 75 minutes. The pace of this class is a much better fit with a 75 minute class length. I appreciate that the 75 minute length allows a closer 4-count breath pace; frankly few 60 minute C2s (candlelight or regular) allow for both a robust class and a 4-count breath. Moving Candlelight to 60 minutes requires either faster cueing or a less robust class. Please reconsider.

Having said all that, I love CPY Grand Avenue. As perhaps a non-traditional student I feel very comfortable with the studio.

Beautiful space, and I received helpful hands on assistance from the instructor.

I really like the instructors. My favorite is Kate C. She always has a nice flow and I love her hands on assists and light massages during class.

I like the wide variety of class times that are available, particularly the 8:45 p.m. C2. I like the instructors, particularly Heather and Amelia, and the way they share their yoga philosophy .

A wonderful and welcoming studio in the heart of St. Paul! The community is a great mix of all generations, race, gender and physical ability- very true that yoga is indeed for everyone! The instructors are amazing and talented and always greet their students with a smile! They keep me coming to classes with their genuine care for their students. They are so creative, always coming up with new sequences and modifications to go along to make each practitioner comfortable and challenged! I have been practicing with Corepower for over 6 years and will continue for years to come! Thank you for giving me a place to breathe!

On the products side of things, it would be nice if you had a size 10 available on some products. It seems like you never order anything over a size 8.
