Reliable, predictable sequence in level 1, which is great for days when you need it. Variety in level 2 for days that you want to explore. Lovely locker rooms. Filtered water dispenser is nice. And of course, the staff knows how to take good care of everyone.

Attended my first yoga sculpt class last night and it was amazing! Not being a practitioner of yoga I was intimidated to say the least. but I was quickly but at ease by the welcoming staff and enthusiastic instructor. I didn't catch her name but she lead the 4p class and I've never had a better time sweating my brains out! Thank you!

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere! I always feel as if I am walking into a place of community at grand ave. the staff truly cares how you are doing. The locker room, although sometimes very full, is always clean and stocked which I appreciate after a sweaty class.
