The facilities are well maintained and staff are always attentive and friendly. I particularly love the energy, preparation and overall vibe of Lindsay De's classes on Monday nights. I'm super motivated by music and love, love, love the time she spends in advance formulating a theme and creating a playlist that never fails to motivate!
