Nice facilities, good instructor
I liked CSX, but would like to start off with more of a yoga-focused flow to stretch out a bit before diving right into strength. Just a basic C2 flow to start off the first 5-10 minutes would be perfect!

Good class. Not as jam packed as some of the downtown studios (& AdMo). Easy parking.
I love the workout and the dedicated teachers! One thing I’d like to see different is maybe having a few less people per class to maximally enjoy the experience :)
