Very clean studio. Lilly was an amazing sculpt teacher. I have only had experience with heated flow until taking this cardio/sculpt class. I loved how upbeat it was. As a runner it was great to have a cross train. Lilly was also very enthusiastic and knows how to engage her students. I plan on getting a membership!
Really nice, relatable staff there, other yoga studios I've been to make you feel like an outsider or less of a yogi than them!!
