Great classes at a wide range of times. Instructors are friendly and provide assistance during class while respecting personal space and everyone's ability to practice. I hope to get down crow pose by coming to this class. Rooms are clean and there is enough space for people to feel comfortable, not crammed like other classes and studios in the area.
