The first class I took with Chereen cemented my firm commitment to choosing Core Power Yoga. Every class has been phenomenal! The teachers are knowledgeable and expert, but most importantly they are kind, cheerful, non-judgemental and welcoming. This is a financial sacrifice on a teacher’s salary, but one I will try to continue to make gladly because of the Falls Church and Ballston experiences. Both locations have been wonderful. Meghan, Chereen, Chelsea Wi and Barbara have been amazing!!!!

Diana Williams is a fabulous instructor. I enjoyed my class with her, very much. She helped me create accommodations that my injury required. I also really like the atmosphere of the studio. It always feels nice to go there.

Our instructor Jackie said it was her first class ever, which is crazy because she was great! She had so much energy, it really got my Thursday started in the right way!
