Kiera is the best! Such an amazing teacher and person. One thing about for Hot power fusion. In Boulder and other locations they have larger fake candles that actually light up the room. This location is one of the few that doesn't have them. If you could order some I would appreciate it!

I like Davina, Keira and Ashley W most. Please pass along a note that I would like to be touched more. I feel like the instructors have gotten away from giving adjustments or massages in certain poses and i want them to know how much a simple touch or rub might make their whole day!
The instructors are awesome! I generally go to Emily Grace's and Davina's classes and they are simply the best.

The yoga instructor (Terri?) was fabulous; the room was nice and cool! There were only two of us learning so there was a lot of individual help. All in all a great class that I wish I could take off work for.

I go to 4/5 6 am classes. M-F
It has become standard for someone in the studio to pull out their cell phone and connect to it until the instructor comes in for the class. I try and close my eyes but at 6am it is quite dark and that cell phone screen is very bright. can the instructors please remind people to stay off of their cell phones before class? This is the only time of my incredibly busy day where I totally disconnect. it is VERY distracting for people to navigate through their cell phones.
