I love MeghanW’s classes. She kicks my butt I’m the best way possible. Her messages during class resonate with me and don’t feel rehearsed.
I will say, I understand wanting your teachers to incorporate specific things like crow or belly up core in their classes but they feel scripted. It no longer feels like the teacher has control over how they want to do in their classes a lot of the time. The room for growth feels stunted because we’re doing the same poses in every class. I’d appreciate it if the teachers had more control over what their flow looks like. Including C1’s, C2’s. I’m disappointed C1.5’s are so hard to find or eliminated. They allowed students to learn more and try new poses.
The feel was different 3 years ago or so when I first started practicing with CorePower and I do miss the less rigid/corporate control feeling.
Small friendly atmosphere is my favorite, highlands is just that!

The teacher was lovely and I enjoyed the class but the studio did not have showers and was smaller than the ones I've visited in other places.

I only go to 6am classes M-F. There have been 2 no-shows lately so that is frustrating but it was handled well by the manager at that studio. There has also been a lot of instructor turnover. I hope it can settle out and become more consistent. Kerry O is the best!!

really welcoming environment! The lady that instructed this session for me was awesome, I really liked how she taught the class and she made it very challenging but it had a nice flow so that one part of the body wasn't being worked too hard all in a row.
