Everything is clean, everywhere else I've gone doesn't have the same evironment this place does. It seems like everything is clean, the instructors are friendly and good yoga instructors and it is peaceful there.

The instructors at you Uptown location are great! Kirby is a wonderful HPF instructor. I enjoyed his class. It was very well paced and his voice is very calming. The new Asian C1 instructor is also great (I think her name was Kristen?). She has great energy and gave a lot of individual assisting of poses. Anyway keep up the great work Uptown!

I love all CPY yoga classes. The movements help me become more flexible and are challenging, but also fun and relaxing. The instructors are great!

Great teachers

I love that it's consistent across each studio - you know what to expect.

The environment is clean, beautiful, and extremely welcoming. There is something for everyone, even if it's just to try once. I love that the first week is free, because when I recommend it to someone, its extremely low risk for them. The worst that can happen is that they don't want to come back. But that almost NEVER happens. The teachers are kind and great people who are very knowledgable.

The place is always nice and clean.. And I do have my 2 favorites teachers which is Elyse and Ken. there class always inspire me. and just one suggestion thou. sculpt classes are always great with Ken but can we add more time to a Sabhasana. 5 mins of relaxation is not enough.

Michelle at Uptown is the bees knees. Her instruction was thorough, gave me all the guidance I needed without having to touch me. Then she did touch us and it just added to my practice! Just amazing. I will be going back.

The studio and locker rooms are all really pretty and clean. The instructor, Manny, was great. Perfect combination of traditional yoga and modern fitness.

Instructors are great, especially Natalie and Shab. Ken and Sarah are always so friendly - they make everyone feel welcome there!

I would like to appriciate on three things :-
Studio Environment- Its nice ,clean and quite which makes it best place for practicing yoga.
Teachers- Extremely skilled teachers who always encourages and help with postures while performing yoga.
Yoga Classes - Classes are designed and available everyday which helps me not to miss yoga practice anytime.
I am taking yoga classes for more than an year and I feel lot of difference within me . I have lost 26 lb and feel more confident within.
