Like that uptown has 3 studios. Most teachers are great! So glad there is a CPY near me but wish the yoga sculpt class (which is awesome!!) was offered at 530 or 6 instead of 430 and 7-something.
Please add a C3 class like all the studios near the loop have added! Becky would be a great teacher for that class ;)
Great work out for mind body and spirit!
the physical locations are amazing!! The corecardio and sculpt classes are the best workouts, so innovative and hard but fun. The "yoga" though, as good of a workout as it is, honestly doesn't leave me feeling like I actually did yoga. Maybe introducing a typical vinyasa class with more "on your own" flows would be great.
Amazing studio and very attentive, approachable instructors! One of the best yoga experiences I have had in a while.

The instructor Shab was fantastic. I really enjoyed her class and she was very helpful.
Welcoming experience
I've only taken one class, but will likely return. The studio is convenient and the staff are very friendly; the classes seem accessible (I'm going to try more of them)
