The instructor that night was great! I loved the class that he taught, and the way he taught it. I can't remember his name, but he was standing in for another instructor. Also, it was a friendly atmosphere:)

I really liked the Sunday 9 am class with Hillary. It really pushed me to my limit—in a good way. My leg and hip muscles were so activated and opened up that at the end of the class, I was able to get an incredibly deep stretch. It was really rewarding! Even though I live closer to another location, I expect I’ll be back for another Sunday class with her. :)
The facility is clean and tidy. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. The instruction during the class was also helpful and peaceful. It was a positive experience all around!
