Dave's C2 was challenging in a good was, as usual. I specifically scope out classes at Roscoe, even though it's not the closest studio to me, because of the quality of the instructors.
Alana Andrews teaches one of the most challenging sculpt classes in the Chicagoland area. She's fantastic. If you are interested in a workout that targets and fatigues both the larger muscle groups and the small yet important muscles that are typically weaker, I highly recommend her classes at Roscoe and Lincoln Park. She changes up the routine every couple months, which is beneficial because students can see their progress from week to week. And she's absolutely ripped, so she obviously practices what she preaches.
Clean facility and good instructor and class quality. My only issue is that it can be hard to hear instructors over the music during class (especially sculpt). Are microphones an option? Thank you!

Bridgette is a fantastic teacher. She is so enthusiastic and prepares a challenging and fun class every week. She also has great music.
I notice some of the yoga instructors do yell a little bit loudly, through no fault of their own. It is probably just a result of all that time teaching with masks on!

Loved the class! But one note, the music from the Yoga Sculpt class that started downstairs was insanely loud. It kind of ruined the relaxation at the end of my class.
Consistently good classes across instructors. I always know I’ll get a good session and feel great afterwards.

Instructors are excellent and open to working with injuries. In the past, Bikram yoga was unforgiving and almost radical in their approach. I'm 65 and on average 30 years older than everyone in class and feel great about being with younger people. I like the variances and differences in classes and enjoy sculpt and hot yoga. If you only had Yoga 1 and Yoga 11 I wouldn't attend Corepower. I like the fact that I've been practicing for years and you honor my original monthly membership price. It keeps me paying my membership even when I'm gone for a month or two and unable to practice. If unable to honor my original membership price, I'd be forced to leave as a retired person on a fixed income. Bravo, great studio, always clean and well kept, fabulous instructors. Thank you.
