Great instructors and nice facility

I love all of the corepower classes. What I think corepower teachers are best at, is using their words to explain how to get into a pose.

My teacher, Samson, was friendly and welcoming. He taught I nice well-rounded, challenging and thoughtful class.

I liked the c3 class I took with Samson. It was fun, difficult and energizing.

I like the instructors, the variety of classes, the cleanliness of the studio. The instructors I've had are great and you can tell they really care about their practice and helping others grow in theirs.

Classes are all throughout the day and are extremely varied . Teachers are around before and after classes to answer questions.

I loved Amy M's class and would def recommend her class to my friends! It was a perfect mix of challenging, but achievable. My muscles were sore the next day, but I could still walk - the hallmark of an excellent workout :)
